2. Game Service – All Games are free, single-player, and have no in-app purchases. Game data (scores, progress, etc.) is stored locally on your device; no cloud save service is provided. JoyRoyGames reserves the right to update, optimize, or adjust the Game at any time without prior notice.
3. User Conduct – You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Prohibited activities: hacking, modifying, decompiling the Game; using cheats or exploits; using the Game for illegal activities; or commercially exploiting any part of the Game without written permission from JoyRoyGames.
4. Advertisements – The Game is supported by third-party advertising platforms. You consent to the display of ads in the Game. JoyRoyGames is not responsible for the authenticity, legality, or content of third-party ads. You may disable personalized ads in your device system settings.
5. Intellectual Property – All intellectual property rights (including game code, art, UI, sound effects, and gameplay) of the Game belong to JoyRoyGames and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer – JoyRoyGames does not guarantee the Game is bug-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for game data loss, crashes, or malfunctions caused by device errors, network issues, or force majeure.
7. Agreement Modification – JoyRoyGames may update this Agreement. Changes will take effect upon posting in the Game. Your continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You may terminate the service by uninstalling the Game.
